Project Description
In 2023, thanks to a very generous donation by the family of Martin V. Smith, Manzanita Hall was renamed Martin V. Smith Hall. When completed, the MVS Hall Improvement Projects (3 phases) will provide primary offices and meeting space for the Martin V. Smith School of Business and Economics. The projects will also fully renovate the courtyard between MVS Hall and Solano Hall.

Phase 1: $3,495,000
Phase 2: $3,750,000
Phase 3: $4,200,000
Project Schedule
Phase 1 was completed in 2021.
Phase 2 was completed in the summer 2023.
Phase 3 construction commences May 2024.
Project Status
Phase 1 (first floor offices) is complete.
Phase 2 (second floor offices) is complete.
Phase 3 (main lobby and meeting spaces) will be completed in late 2024.
