Where do I get my DolphinOne campus ID card?

Who can get a DolphinOne card?

All currently enrolled students in good standing and University employees are eligible to receive a campus ID card. A card fee may apply.

My DolphinOne card was lost/stolen. Who do I contact?

Access your online account via myCI by clicking on DolphinOne Card tile. You may report your card lost/stolen. This immediately inactivates the financials on your card to prevent any abuse of funds. Contact the Broome Library and your Housing Residential Education office to ensure that your card is also deactivated.

Where can I go to get help with my DolphinOne card?

For assistance, please visit the Solution Center in Broome Library 1350 or fill out the Card Services Request for Help form.

How long do I have to wait until I can use my new card?

Please wait at least an hour before making deposits or purchases when receiving a new or replacement card. This allows the systems to update your information from BadgePass into Blackboard Transact.

Where can I use my card?

You can use your card to:

  • Check out books from the Library
  • Pharos printers to release print jobs in library open labs.
  • Pay for food at Islands Cafe, Lighthouse Cafe, Sea Store, Freudian Sip (Starbucks we proudly serve), and in the Town Center at Tortilla's Grill, Town Center Market, Mom Wong Kitchen, and Pizza 3.14.

What is the difference between Dolphin Cash and Dining Cash?

Dolphin Cash can be used for printing in the library, Cove Bookstore, and at any dining location including Islands Cafe, Lighthouse Cafe, Sea Store, Freudian Sip (Starbucks we proudly serve), and in the Town Center at Tortilla's Grill, Town Center Market, Mom Wong Kitchen, and Pizza 3.14.

Dining Cash can be used at Islands Cafe, Lighthouse Cafe, Sea Store, Freudian Sip (Starbucks we proudly serve), and in the Town Center at Tortilla's Grill, Town Center Market, Mom Wong Kitchen, and Pizza 3.14. Dining Cash currently offers the following incentive cash:

  • Add $100.00 or more dollars receive 2.5% incentive
  • Add $150.00 or more dollars receive 5% incentive
  • Add $200.00 or more dollars receive 7.5% incentive

What is the process for requesting a refund with the DolphinOne Card?

For refund requests, fund transfers between Dining and Dolphin cash, or transaction disputes, please fill out the Card Services Request Refund form.

Printing/Copying refunds will not be granted for:

  1. formatting (Users should make sure the document the job looks the way they want before printing)
  2. printing wrong materials,
  3. printing many copies of the wrong materials,
  4. Color charges for black and white prints. (Users are responsible for reviewing the charges before pressing the accept button.
